We work exclusively with ranches that meet strict animal care standards to ensure that the leather we use can be traced back to its origin. This allows us to maintain complete control over the manufacturing process and ensure that our standards for animal welfare, carbon footprint, and social and environmental responsibility are upheld.
WHAT DOES REGENERATIVE MEAN?
Regenerative refers to a practice of land stewardship that incorporates animals as a means to heal the soil. Our animals graze open pastures in a method that allows the land to rest and heal and, in turn, creates soil that is more robust in storing carbon. Our regenerative practices sequester more carbon than what is required to produce our products, making our products carbon-negative- naturally, without buying carbon offsets. We have created a supply chain that is solving the problem instead of worsening it.
It is recommended to store our leather products in their garment bags when they are not being used to keep them in good condition.
We have a Leather Care Kit available for maintenance, which can be used on all our leather products. The kit includes a cream that nourishes the leather and prevents cracking, as well as an Invisible Protective Spray that repels liquids and protects against stains. Both of these products are made from 100% natural ingredients.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. For orders under $150, there is a flat shipping fee of $10. We also provide expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders placed Mon-Fri before noon EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding US holidays). Our delivery window is 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
For international orders, we use DHL and APC couriers for a flat fee. Shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand is $25, while shipping to other countries is $40. Please note that duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times for international shipping may vary depending on your location.
We offer exchanges and returns for store credit on all US orders within 14 days of the item's delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Only full-priced items are eligible for return. The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items.
There will be a restocking fee of $10 automatically deducted from all returns except for exchange orders.
