Quality and longevity have always been integral at Janessa Leoné. From our first collection, we’ve designed items to age well and last a long time. But craftsmanship is only one consideration, and a couple of years ago, I decided it wasn’t enough to create beautiful products– we need to reimagine how we produce and consume on a much larger scale.

We are at the beginning of our journey to radically rethink how we make our products. Earlier this year we launched Réciproque, our first collection of regeneratively farmed, domestically made sweaters. These beautiful essentials have a net positive impact on the climate, actively contributing to capturing carbon from the atmosphere.

There is so much more to do, and we will continue to share how we are doing it along the way, designing for quality at every part of our process to bring longevity to how we create and consume.
