As the Customer Experience Associate for Janessa Leone, you’ll create an exceptional end-to-end brand experience for our e-commerce customers. You’ll provide best-in-class services to all of our customers by thoughtfully addressing customer questions, cultivating relationships to drive repeat purchases, and reporting customer feedback to improve the overall experience and effectiveness of our digital shopping experiences. Providing knowledgeable and timely resolutions via email, chat, video and phone communications you’ll support e-commerce growth while focusing on retention and LTV.

The ideal candidate for this position loves helping others and exudes an optimistic mindset. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion and customer service. Cross functional work is crucial to this role, as the customer experience team is the gatekeeper of consumer insights, liaising with ecommerce to merchandising to marketing to retail is crucial. Customer Experience is a direct reflection of our brand values and is overwhelmingly passionate about our customers.

This person must be able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and surrounding holidays. We are currently working part remote, but you must be available to work in our Santa Monica, LA office when required.

Janessa Leoné is currently seeking a Sales Associate for our flagship store ‘The Edit’ at Platform in Culver City, CA, USA.

Acting as a Janessa Leoné ambassador, the role is primarily sales orientated, and will involve creating lasting client relationships with both new and existing clients. To provide exceptional service levels to ensure that clients enjoy an elevated luxury shopping experience.
