01 / Protect + Clean
Protect your hat from dirt and stains with our Hat Care Kit, which includes a protective spray designed for Wool and Panama Straw styles.
For small spots, use a slightly damp light-colored cloth without dye to blot out any stains. Be careful not to get your hat too wet when cleaning as the natural fibers may expand and distort the shape.
If you have a felt hat with a stain, try using a felt sponge or hat brush to clean the spots. For more stubborn stains, it’s best to take your felt hat to a professional hat repair shop.

03 / Restore
Applying steam to the fibers is an easy solution if you need to restore or reshape your hat. We suggest using a traditional garment steamer to remove creases from the brim, crown, or band. Apply steam evenly around the hat to avoid direct contact and water spots. Once the hat is warm to the touch without being soaked, gently reshape it with your hands or place it on a flat surface and use heavy objects to flatten the brim. Let it dry in that position for best results, preferably overnight. This technique can be applied to our packable straw, specialty straw, wool, and fabric hats.

These care instructions apply to leather belts, handbags, and accessories.
01 / Protect + Clean
To keep our leather products in good condition, storing them in their garment bags when not in use is recommended. We offer a Leather Care Kit for maintenance that can be used on all our leather products. The kit includes a cream that nourishes the leather and prevents cracking and an Invisible Protective Spray that repels liquids and protects from stains. Both products are made with 100% natural ingredients.
These care instructions apply to blankets, knitted scarves, sweaters and other knitted items.
01 / Clean
To ensure the longevity of your wool sweater, it is recommended to hand wash it using cold water and similar colors. Afterward, lay it flat to dry or professionally clean it with a green dry cleaner.
02 / Store
To keep your sweaters in good condition, store them in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is recommended to fold wool sweaters to maintain their shape and prevent wrinkles. Avoid hanging your wool sweater, as it may cause stretching or damage. To protect against dust and insects like moths, store your sweaters in a cotton bag, bin, or box.
03 / Restore
Over time, it is common for wool sweaters to develop pills. To reduce pilling, cleaning and storing your sweater properly is important. You can easily remove unwanted pills using a sweater stone or fabric shaver.
