If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you have sized up, we recommend using hat sizers to ensure the perfect fit. To insert the hat sizer, remove the adhesive back, place them evenly inside the sweatband so they are hidden, and adjust until you have found your perfect fit. Made of 100% wool. Available in black and off-white.
Application
01 / Place wool strips on either side of your hat underneath the sweatband, with the adhesive side facing towards the sweatband. Adjust as needed.

SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. For orders under $150, there is a flat shipping fee of $10. We also provide expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders placed Mon-Fri before noon EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding US holidays). Our delivery window is 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
For international orders, we use DHL and APC couriers for a flat fee. Shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand is $25, while shipping to other countries is $40. Please note that duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times for international shipping may vary depending on your location.
RETURNS
We offer exchanges and returns for store credit on all US orders within 14 days of the item's delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Only full-priced items are eligible for return. The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items.
There will be a restocking fee of $10 automatically deducted from all returns except for exchange orders.

United StatesI have taken to buying these inserts as my hat size tends to run in between sizes. Always better to have a slightly larger hat than a too small hat. While I measure my head, some hats are sized slightly different based on style and material. In a wool fedora I am closer to a large vs a straw bolero where I am closer to a medium. These inserts have allowed me to customize my hat size; I strongly recommended them!!
