MATERIAL

Handweaving Panama Straw is a meticulous and skilled process that involves weaving natural toquilla straw grown in Ecuador. Each straw hood is woven by a single weaver, and it takes 8-10 hours to complete the weaving process. The resulting Panama straw is naturally weather-resistant and offers protection from UV rays. The unique handwoven pattern and natural dye give each hat its one-of-a-kind appearance.

CARE

To avoid damaging your hat, it is important to refrain from grabbing the pinch on the crown while taking it on and off. Instead, grab your hat by the brim, avoiding the crown. This will help to keep your hat in good condition.
To keep your hat looking its best, we recommend using our Hat Care Kit. This kit contains a protective spray that is ideal for helping to prevent dirt and stains from setting in.
If you notice any small spots or stains, you can easily remove them by lightly blotting with a slightly damp, light-colored cloth.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $300 within the United States. For orders under $300, there is a flat shipping fee of $10. We also provide expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders placed Mon-Fri before noon EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding US holidays). Our delivery window is 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

For international orders, we use DHL and APC couriers for a flat fee. Shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand is $25, while shipping to other countries is $40. Please note that duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times for international shipping may vary depending on your location.

RETURNS

We offer exchanges and returns for store credit on all US orders within 14 days of the item's delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Only full-priced items are eligible for return. The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items.

There will be a restocking fee of $10 automatically deducted from all returns except for exchange orders.
