MATERIAL

Our Merino wool is produced entirely in the U.S. with 100% Shaniko Wool Company RWS certified and carbon-negative fine Merino Wool, allowing for a significantly lower carbon footprint than traditionally dyed wool that is sourced through a globalized supply chain. Our wool is exquisitely soft and has a fine-micron structure, which guarantees an itch-free feel against your skin. This makes our knits perfect for year-round wear and layering.

CARE

Proper care of your wool item is essential for its longevity. It is recommended to hand wash it with cold water and similar colors. Afterward, lay it flat to dry or take it to a green dry cleaner for professional cleaning.
To keep your wool item in good condition, store it in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is advisable to fold wool items and store them in their dust bag to maintain their shape and prevent wrinkles. Avoid hanging your wool item, as it may cause stretching or damage.
Over time, wool items may develop pills, but cleaning and storing them properly can reduce pilling. You can easily remove unwanted pills using a sweater stone or fabric shaver.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $250 within the United States. For orders under $250, there is a flat shipping fee of $10. We also provide expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders placed Mon-Fri before noon EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding US holidays). Our delivery window is 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

For international orders, we use DHL and APC couriers for a flat fee. Shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand is $25, while shipping to other countries is $40. Please note that duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times for international shipping may vary depending on your location.

RETURNS

We offer exchanges and returns for store credit on all US orders within 14 days of the item's delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Only full-priced items are eligible for return. The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items.

There will be a restocking fee of $10 automatically deducted from all returns except for exchange orders.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Orders placed between November 1, 2025 and December 25, 2025 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Gift returns will be accepted until January 9, 2026. Gift cards are final sale.
