MATERIAL

Our raffia is responsibly sourced from a vertically-integrated farm in Madagascar where farmers hand harvest fibers from the leaves of the native raffia palm, then dry and braid them. Each piece is naturally resilient to water and sun, allowing it to harmonize with natural environments. At the end of its life cycle, raffia biodegrades and returns to the soil, healing the earth through a mutual relationship between what we wear and the land from where it is sourced.

CARE

For small spots, use a slightly damp light-colored cloth without dye to blot out any stains.
Be careful not to get your bag too wet when cleaning as the natural fibers may expand and distort the shape.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $250 within the United States. For orders under $250, there is a flat shipping fee of $10. We also provide expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders placed Mon-Fri before noon EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding US holidays). Our delivery window is 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

For international orders, we use DHL and APC couriers for a flat fee. Shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand is $25, while shipping to other countries is $40. Please note that duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times for international shipping may vary depending on your location.

RETURNS

We offer exchanges and returns for store credit on all US orders within 14 days of the item's delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Only full-priced items are eligible for return. The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items.

There will be a restocking fee of $10 automatically deducted from all returns except for exchange orders.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Orders placed between November 1, 2025 and December 25, 2025 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Gift returns will be accepted until January 9, 2026. Gift cards are final sale.
