STYLIST NOTE

How to Attach the Auden Bag Strap

1. Locate the Openings: On each side of your bag, find the small slit opening near the top edge.
2. Thread the Strap: Slide one end of the strap through the opening from the outside in.
3. Loop Through the Ring: Pull the strap inside the bag and loop it through the hidden gold ring.
4. Secure the Strap: Draw the strap through until it sits flat and secure.
5. Repeat on the Other Side: Attach the opposite end of the strap following the same steps.

MATERIAL

Our raffia is responsibly sourced from a vertically-integrated farm in Madagascar, where farmers hand harvest fibers from the leaves of the native raffia palm, then dry and braid them by hand. The Auden Small pairs this natural weave with Italian cow leather trim in a warm brown finish, sourced from a family-founded tannery with a Leather Working Group (LWG) Gold rating for hide traceability and a carbon-neutral shipping program.

CARE

Store in its dust bag when not in use.
For small spots on the raffia, use a slightly damp light-colored cloth without dye to blot out any stains. Avoid excess moisture, as the natural fibers may expand and distort the shape.
Nourish the leather trim with our Leather Care Kit to preserve its finish.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $300 within the United States. For orders under $300, there is a flat shipping fee of $10. We also provide expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders placed Mon-Fri before noon EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding US holidays). Our delivery window is 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

For international orders, we use DHL and APC couriers for a flat fee. Shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand is $25, while shipping to other countries is $40. Please note that duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times for international shipping may vary depending on your location.

RETURNS

We offer exchanges and returns for store credit on all US orders within 14 days of the item's delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Only full-priced items are eligible for return. The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items.

There will be a restocking fee of $10 automatically deducted from all returns except for exchange orders.
