We have carefully selected partners who specialize in transforming Organic Cotton and Regenerative Alpaca fibers into luxurious and supple yarns. They work in harmony with nature and the environment while showing utmost respect for the local population. These fibers are sustainable, renewable, and ethically sourced materials.

CARE

Proper care of your sweater is essential for its longevity. It is recommended to take it to a green dry cleaner for professional cleaning.
To keep your sweaters in good condition, store them in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is advisable to fold sweaters and store them in their dust bag to maintain their shape and prevent wrinkles. Avoid hanging your knit sweater, as it may cause stretching or damage.
Over time, knit sweaters may develop pills, but cleaning and storing them properly can reduce pilling. You can easily remove unwanted pills using a sweater stone or fabric shaver.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $250 within the United States. For orders under $250, there is a flat shipping fee of $10. We also provide expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders placed Mon-Fri before noon EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding US holidays). Our delivery window is 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

For international orders, we use DHL and APC couriers for a flat fee. Shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand is $25, while shipping to other countries is $40. Please note that duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times for international shipping may vary depending on your location.

RETURNS

We offer exchanges and returns for store credit on all US orders within 14 days of the item's delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Only full-priced items are eligible for return. The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items.

There will be a restocking fee of $10 automatically deducted from all returns except for exchange orders.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Orders placed between November 1, 2025 and December 25, 2025 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Gift returns will be accepted until January 9, 2026. Gift cards are final sale.
