HOW TO MEASURE

Gently wrap a string around your head starting at the center of your forehead an inch above your eyebrows. and a finger width distance above your ears to the most prominent point in the back of your head. Mark where the string meets and measure the start to the endpoint. Read our sizing guide for more help.

Design

Our classic fedora silhouette made from bao straw features a downturned brim and a cognac leather half band. This minimal and chic silhouette can easily be worn year round and is great for sun protection.

Material

This straw is derived from natural and renewable strands of bao fiber. These fibers undergo a long process of being boiled and dried before they are handwoven into the bodies, which are then stiffened and blocked into a hat.

Bess Perfection

I purchased the Bess hat to keep the sun off of my face in the summer. The style is absolutely perfect, exactly what I was looking for. I find it very difficult to find hats that fit my head. I used the size guide to measure, and the large fit exactly as recommended. I will definitely order from Janessa Leone again.
