If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:
Online orders may be returned for store credit only- no refunds.
You must first email email@example.com for a return merchandise authorization “RMA.” No exchange will be accepted without a RMA number and prior authorization. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns sent after this time will not be honored. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a store credit in the amount of your original purchase for you to use for any merchandise on our website. Please note that any merchandise bought using a promotional code or during a sale is FINAL SALE.
The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Any and all items that have been worn are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item has arrived damaged).
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend insuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns in it’s original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within fifteen (15) business days.
